Subscription & Payment Terms

1. Individual Plan
The HIA Individual Plan is available as a monthly subscription for €9.99 per month or an annual subscription for €99.90 per year.
2. HIA Team
The HIA Team subscription costs €399.60 per year and provides access for up to 5 users. The Team Admin occupies one of the five available user seats.
3. Free Trial
HIA offers a 30-day free trial. No credit or debit card is required to start the trial. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. At the end of the trial, the user decides whether to purchase a subscription.
4. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Applicable taxes are handled or displayed as appropriate during the purchasing and billing process.
5. Automatic Renewal
Once a paid subscription is purchased, it is recurring. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually. Renewal continues until the subscription is cancelled.
6. Cancellation
Customers can manage or cancel their subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal accessed from HIA. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access will normally remain available until the end of that period.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment is unsuccessful, payment collection may be retried. If payment cannot be successfully collected, access to paid HIA features may eventually be restricted or suspended in accordance with HIA's payment-management process.
8. Price Changes
HIA may change subscription prices in the future. Existing subscribers will be informed in advance where required by applicable law. A price change will not retroactively alter a billing period that has already been paid.
9. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refunds, cancellation rights and any applicable rights of withdrawal are handled in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European Union consumer law. Nothing in these Subscription & Payment Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
