WHAT DECIDED THE GAME
Sola's superior finishing and goalkeeping were the decisive factors. The Norwegian side converted 30 of 42 shots (71%), compared with Bucuresti's 22 from 47 (47%), despite attempting fewer shots. Transition attacks created another major advantage. Sola scored 6/6 counterattacks and 5/6 fast attacks, generating 11 goals from these situations, while Bucuresti managed only two fast-attack goals. Goalkeeping reinforced the difference, with Sola recording 14 saves (39% team save rate) compared with Bucuresti's seven (19%). Although Sola committed more turnovers (15 against nine), their attacking efficiency and defensive performance compensated for those mistakes. Ultimately, Sola's clinical finishing, transition effectiveness and stronger goalkeeping transformed a competitive first half into a convincing eight-goal victory.
